• All orders are to be received no less than 24 hours before the day catering is required.
  • Cancelled orders within 12 hours of the catering day may incur a cancellation fee — this is to the discretion of Just Essence Catering.
  • All catering is delivered on platters/dishes along with cocktail serviettes. If crockery / cutlery or wait staff are required, we are happy to provide this — please enquire for costs.
  • Just Essence Catering's delivery person will discuss pick up of our baskets / platters when delivering catering.
  • Any breakages or lost equipment belonging to Just Essence Catering will incur a replacement cost fee.
  • Invoice payments are required within 7 days of receiving your invoice.
  • Large group bookings may require a deposit.
  • Just Essence Catering pricing is exclusive of GST
